TOKYO【URA HATSUME】 📍 1-25-11 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0013, Japan A hidden gem for omakase lovers in Tokyo! This cozy six-seat counter tucked away in a quiet alley in Ebisu provided one of the most unforgettable omakase experiences I have had in Tokyo. A whopping 10,890 yen for a 22-course meal! Each dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. From the rich and magnificent mackerel, to the melt-in-your-mouth bluefin tuna, to the relaxing chicken steamed egg custard, to the juicy angel prawns with chili mayo, every dish was a delight in its own way. The friendly, warm, and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, and the friendly and down-to-earth chef make you feel immediately at home (even if you are traveling alone). Sake pairings are an additional 6,000 yen. Frankly, the quality is worth it! Follow us for more hidden gems in Tokyo." #japanfood #japanesefood #japantravel #japantourism #japan #tokyo#tokyofood#tokyosushi#sushi
