The ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store is fourteen years old, and its Harajuku branch is marking the brand’s anniversary by collaborating with restaurants a few floors above it. The event is called ハラカド食堂, Harakado Shokudo. From Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, eleven restaurants on the fifth and sixth floors of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku, nicknamed "Harakado", are serving roughly twenty One Piece dishes and drinks between them.
Buy any one of those collaboration items and you receive an umbrella charm. What you should know before you go is that the restaurants are handing out only five of the ten designs. The other five come from the Mugiwara Store itself, on the basement floor, in exchange for a voucher you receive with your food order upstairs.
Below are both official floor menus, which restaurant serves what, how the exchange works, and the timing detail that can cost you the second charm.
Harakado Shokudo runs from Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, which is 23 days covering four full weekends. Those are October 3 and 4, 10 and 11, 17 and 18, and 24 and 25.
Everything is inside one building at 6-31-21 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku. Meiji-jingumae with the JR Harajuku station exits 4 and 7 about a minute away. Four of the eleven restaurants are on the fifth floor and seven on the sixth, while ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE HARAJUKU sits on the G floor, opening 11:00 to 21:00.
The official announcement notes that participating stores may change, which matters if you want to try one specific dish.
The Mugiwara Store closes at 21:00 while the restaurants above it open up until around 23:00, with each restaurant setting its own hours. A late dinner can therefore leave you holding a voucher the shop is no longer open to redeem.
Nothing in the announcement establishes that a voucher carries to a later visit. Eat early enough to reach the basement before 21:00.
Every collaboration dish and drink comes with two things, and only one of them is a charm. The other is a ticket you redeem downstairs.
At the restaurant on 5F or 6F, order any collaboration item. You are handed a charm and a ticket.
Take that ticket to the Mugiwara Store in the basement. They swap it for a second charm.
One order therefore earns two charms, one upstairs and one down. The 10 designs are split into two halves that never overlap, and that split is the whole reason the basement trip is not optional.

Where | What you hand over | Which characters you can get |
|---|---|---|
Restaurant, 5F or 6F | Payment for one collaboration item | Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Robin, Brook |
Mugiwara Store, basement | The ticket from your meal | Zoro, Usopp, Chopper, Franky, Jinbe |
You do not pick the character in either place. Both are drawn at random, so two orders can hand you the same Luffy twice.
Neither the announcement nor the campaign visual says whether designs repeat, so no published figure tells you how many orders complete the set. Quantities are limited and the charms last while stocks do.
Both official floor menus are below. Between them the eleven restaurants carry about 26 collaboration items, and the artwork assigns every one of them to a named restaurant. Each name below jumps to that restaurant further down the page.

The restaurants hand out five of the ten charms. The other five come from the Mugiwara Store on the G floor, which closes at 21:00 while the dining floors run later. Redeem the voucher on the same visit rather than assuming it keeps.
The charm comes with a collaboration food or drink, not with any order. A gelato or a banh mi counts the same as a full plate, provided it is one of the items on the floor menu.
No price appears in the official announcement or on either floor menu as checked on September 30, 2026. Each restaurant sets its own, so check on the floor.
Four restaurants sit on 5F and seven on 6F, with the store in the basement, all inside Tokyu Plaza Harajuku at 6-31-21 Jingumae, a minute from Meiji-jingumae exits 4 and 7.

Harakado Shokudo runs from Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, at eleven restaurants on the fifth and sixth floors of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado". That is 23 days covering four full weekends.
Buy one collaboration food or drink item at any of the eleven restaurants. You receive one charm drawn at random from Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Robin and Brook, plus a redemption ticket for the store.
No. Both the restaurant charm and the store charm are random, and quantities are limited to available stock.
The published information does not establish a number. Both draws are random and neither source states whether designs repeat, so no figure can be given as a guarantee. What is certain is that the restaurants carry only five of the ten designs, so at least one trip to the store in the basement is required.
On the G floor, the basement, not on the restaurant floors. It opens 11:00 to 21:00, which is earlier than the dining floors close.
No prices appear in the official announcement or on either floor menu as checked on September 30, 2026. Each restaurant sets its own.
Yes. Both official floor menus assign items to all eleven restaurants, roughly twenty items in total. Izakaya Stand Jump carries three, and several others carry two or more.
Neither source mentions a reservation requirement. The sixth floor runs as a food hall.

Fourteen Tokyo shops have them through November 30, 2026, or until each one sells out. Three designs, handed over at random, and the ramen turns black when you stir it.
From late night ramen to refined kaiseki, these are the city's most welcoming and recognized spots for eating alone.
