Starbucks Japan’s 2026 holiday collection arrives in stores nationwide on Monday, November 2, with online sales scheduled to begin at 8pm Japan time on Friday, October 30. Trees, ribbons and glitter are design features you'll notice across the range, led by a ¥4,600 glass tumbler shaped like Bearista, the Starbucks bear.
If you’re shopping for items from this collection in Tokyo, a few items take some planning. The Bearista plush and three candles are available only online, with delivery limited to Japan, while three of the five holiday Starbucks Card designs are sold only in stores. The Reserve Roastery in Nakameguro also has its own holiday collection.
Here’s what’s coming, from merchandise and prices to seasonal drinks and menus at Starbucks’ smaller café formats, plus how to order the online exclusives as a visitor.
Starbucks Japan held a preview tasting before the launch, and @rie_tabi was invited and says so in the caption. The others posted about the drinks and goods on their own.
@rie_tabi on Instagram, invited to Starbucks Japan’s preview tasting, tried the three new tea drinks and the tea and strawberry food before November 2.
@_iku.mi_cafe_ on Instagram tasted the three holiday teas ahead of the launch, lists each with its price, and picks the glass Bearista from the goods.
@rinko_tokyocafe on Instagram reviews the strawberry tea latte and the Earl Grey chocolate Frappuccino, with a customization for each.
@rmksbux on Instagram leads with the glass Bearista and picks the craft paper shopper as the one to buy.

Online sales are scheduled to start at 20:00 Japan time on Friday, October 30, 2026, and Starbucks notes the time may shift slightly. Stores across Japan stock the range from Monday, November 2. Starbucks Japan announced both dates on its own account on October 25. No final sale date is announced, so availability depends on stock. A few stores may price differently or not carry an item.
The new drinks, food and holiday coffee arrive in stores on November 2 as well, and the Roastery in Nakameguro starts its own collection the same day.
Each piece below is sold online from October 30 and in stores from November 2.

Glass Bearista tumbler. The 473ml tumbler costs 4,600 yen and comes boxed with a ticket for one free drink. The bear wears a Santa hat lid with a straw through it. It is for cold drinks only, the lid is not sealed, and it cannot go in a microwave or dishwasher. If it sells out online, Starbucks may open reservations for people who sign up for its restock alert.

Cold cup tumbler with figure. The 473ml tumbler costs 4,250 yen, with a small Bearista scene inside its domed lid.

Glitter red stainless bottle. The 473ml bottle costs 5,550 yen and pairs red glitter with a gold cap.

Stacking mug pair. The pair costs 4,800 yen. Each mug holds 237ml, one white and one red, both with gold ribbons.

Double-walled ribbon glass. The 355ml glass costs 3,800 yen and can hold hot drinks.

Ribbon canister. Shaped like a takeaway cup and meant for coffee beans, it costs 3,500 yen.

Tree reusable cup. The 473ml cup costs 500 yen, or 1,150 yen with a Bearista tree cap for the drink hole. The cap is sold only with the cup.

Bearista keychain set. For 4,500 yen, the set holds one Bearista keychain with a removable sweater, a snowman bag and a drink charm.

Plush ornament set. The 3,500 yen set pairs a red cup with a snowman Bearista to hang on the tree.

Cup-shaped pouch. It costs 2,600 yen and comes with a keychain and a mirror.

Craft paper shopper S. The 2,400 yen bag is made of thick kraft paper printed with red ribbons, and it is built to be reused.

Tree beverage card. For 900 yen you get a card that folds into a small standing tree, with a ticket for one drink valid from November 2, 2026 to April 25, 2027. The ticket covers up to 700 yen drinking in or 687 yen to go, and you pay any difference.

STANLEY bottle in pale white. The 473ml bottle costs 6,350 yen. It belongs to the mint and white range released alongside, with no holiday motif, so it suits the rest of the year too.
Also in the range are a Campus notebook (650 yen), a journal (2,050 yen), a mini RED CUP gift (1,150 yen), a Bearista message gift (1,650 yen) and a food and beverage card (1,100 yen), and the table below lists the goods with their prices. Photos are by Starbucks Coffee Japan.
Starbucks marks four pieces as online only. They are the Holiday 2026 Bearista, the 5,500 yen plush bear in a knitted hat and sweater, and three Starbucks Moment candles at 3,800 yen each. You will not find them on a store shelf.
Three of the five holiday Starbucks Card designs are sold only in stores, the Mini Starbucks Card Snow Globe, Merry Christmas and Holiday Word Mark. You buy them over the counter and load them there, and the balance can be used at Starbucks in Japan. Load an amount you expect to spend during your trip.
The drink-ticket gifts work differently. The tree card, the mini RED CUP and the message gift each carry a ticket for one drink rather than a balance you can top up.
The online store delivers within Japan and asks that whatever you pay with was issued in Japan and carries your name. The cleanest route for a visitor starts at a store counter. The online store takes the Starbucks Card as payment, and a physical card bought and loaded with cash in Tokyo meets both conditions. Register it to an online account and you can check out with no Japanese bank card at all.
If you plan to use a hotel address, ask the hotel first whether it accepts parcels for guests and how to address them. Starbucks treats delivery dates as estimates and publishes no dispatch time for this release, so check the estimate against your checkout date rather than leaving it to the last day. Shipping is free on orders of 5,000 yen or more before tax.
Two extras exist only online. From October 30 at 20:00 to November 19 at 19:59, an order of at least 3,500 yen that includes at least one qualifying item comes with a knit mini bag, while they last. Spending 3,500 yen without a qualifying item does not count. And for 660 yen the online store wraps an order in a drawstring bag in one of three colors, each with its own knit charm. Stores do not sell the wrapping.
From outside Japan, a forwarding service can supply the Japanese address. Tenso gives you one, receives the parcel and ships it on. You pay the domestic leg, the international leg and a handling fee on top of the item, which makes more sense for the 5,500 yen plush than for a 650 yen notebook. A forwarder does not change Starbucks’ own payment rules, so make sure your account can pay before you order. We earn a commission if you sign up through that link, at no cost to you.
Starbucks Japan calls this season a tea party, and three tea drinks lead it from November 2. The Joyful Medley Strawberry Creamy Tea Latte is served iced, with a pink strawberry mousse over the tea latte, and a Tall costs 650 yen to drink in or 638 yen to go. The Royal Milk Tea is served hot (Tall 620 or 609 yen), and the Earl Grey Chocolate Frappuccino pairs the tea with chocolate (Tall 690 or 678 yen). A Tall Gingerbread Latte (600 yen to drink in) and a hot Joyful Medley Tea Latte (580 yen) are on the menu too.
From November 2 to 19, while it lasts, 70 yen adds a Be a Santa cookie to an iced drink topped with whipped cream or mousse. The cookie is a present, a tree or a Santa hat, chosen at random.
Drink and food prices here are to drink in. Japan taxes takeaway at a lower rate, so the register will ask which you want, and some branches charge different prices.
The food menu includes an Earl Grey strawberry chiffon cake (520 yen), an Earl Grey strawberry scone (290 yen), a royal milk tea donut (310 yen), a strawberry and fresh chocolate cake (590 yen) and a strawberry and cranberry bliss bar (350 yen). A whole stollen costs 2,500 yen. For coffee to take home, the Christmas Blend, its espresso roast and a blonde roast are 2,140 yen for 250g and the decaf is 2,180 yen. VIA Christmas Blend instant sticks cost 860 yen for five, Origami drip bags 1,190 yen for six, and a twelve-bag box of Teavana Joyful Medley tea 1,740 yen.
Two smaller Starbucks formats run holiday menus of their own. Starbucks Tea & Café, the chain’s 33 tea-focused shops, started three Joyful Medley drinks on October 28, so they are on sale now. The Apricot Mousse Tea Latte costs 720 yen to drink in or 707 to go, the Tea Jelly Frappuccino 790 or 776 yen, and the Fruit Shaken Tea 740 or 726 yen. A Torta Torrone Miele cake joins them on November 2 (1,100 or 1,080 yen). They are sold only at Tea & Café shops, so check the store finder for the nearest one.
Starbucks Reserve cafés add Strawberry & Raspberry Cornetti from November 2 (540 yen to drink in, 530 to go). In Tokyo they are sold at the Reserve café on the second floor of Shinjuku Marui Main Building and at Tokyo Skytree Town on the 30th floor. The Marui branch listed below is the regular Starbucks on the eighth floor, a different shop.
Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo in Nakameguro releases a separate collection on November 2, 2026, with the same online pre-sale from 20:00 on October 30, on sale until it runs out. Most of it is sold only at the Roastery and on the online store, so for a visitor the Roastery is the one place to see it. Pieces also sold at Starbucks Reserve stores are marked below.
Starbucks limits buying to one of each item per person on the first day of sales, and to ten per item after that. That is a purchase limit, not a deadline. When the Roastery is busy, it hands out numbered tickets and lets people in by number.

Pearl strap bottle in copper. The 355ml bottle costs 7,200 yen, with a copper gradient and fine glitter, carried on a pearl strap like an accessory.

Handle lid bottle in pink. The 473ml bottle costs 5,900 yen and has a handle on its lid. It is also sold at Reserve stores.

Cold cup tumbler in blue. The 473ml tumbler costs 5,300 yen and fades from glitter blue to silver. It comes with a straw lid and a second lid for hot drinks, and it is also sold at Reserve stores.

Red boot mug. The 237ml porcelain mug costs 3,600 yen and is shaped like a boot, patterned after the Reserve Christmas coffee card.

Pink and copper mug. The 355ml mug costs 3,600 yen, and its design comes from the lattice of the Roastery’s roof. It is also sold at Reserve stores.

Stem glass in copper. The 355ml glass costs 3,300 yen and takes the shape of the silos that hold beans behind the Roastery’s bar. It also comes in pink.

Roastery snow globe. For 3,800 yen, it holds the first-floor roaster and coffee sacks under gold and silver flakes, on a copper base.

Coffee press ornament. The Roastery’s coffee press in miniature costs 2,300 yen. A coffee bag ornament and a boot mug ornament cost the same.

Pink strap charm. The 4,800 yen star charm with a tassel fits a phone or a pouch. A black bag charm costs the same, and both come boxed.

Corduroy drawstring pouch. The large pouch costs 1,600 yen and holds a tumbler and a 250g bag of beans. The small one costs 1,300 yen and holds a mug, and both come in blue, red or pink.

Teavana mug with leaf lid. The 296ml mug costs 4,400 yen and comes in red or green from the second-floor tea bar. The lid covers the cup while the tea steeps, or holds the tea bag or a sweet. A leaf double-walled glass costs 3,800 yen, and both are also sold at Starbucks Tea & Café.
The Roastery pours its own holiday menu from November 2, one bar per floor, priced here to drink in. On the first floor, a hot apple cider with whiskey barrel-aged coffee costs 1,300 yen and La Crème Chocolat, a hot chocolate made with couverture, costs 1,500 yen. The second-floor Teavana bar serves a Joyful Medley vanilla cream tea latte (1,200 yen) and an orange raspberry chai (1,100 yen, drink in only). The third-floor bar mixes a Strawberry Fizz No.68 cocktail at 2,500 yen, with a spirit-free version available.
From November 6, each floor has a stamp inspired by the scents in the building, curated by the musician Mamiko Suzuki and drawn by the artist Ryu Okubo. Stamp your way through the floors and the layers build into a postcard of your own. The stamps are out from 08:00 to 22:00, with the building’s hours.
The third-floor bar also serves an aperitivo dinner from December 1, 2026 to January 17, 2027, except December 26 to January 3. A plate with one drink costs 5,500 yen Monday to Thursday and 7,200 yen from Friday to Sunday and on holidays, or 7,700 yen and 11,000 yen with free-flow drinks. Seatings last two hours.
On December 22 to 25 and January 8 to 10, separate music plans curated by Blue Note Tokyo add live music. The 4,800 yen plan includes antipasti and one cocktail, and the 12,100 yen plan adds small starters, the full aperitivo plate and three cocktails. Every plan is booked through TableCheck, which opens on November 6 at 10:30.
The holiday season reaches the convenience store fridge too. The Starbucks DELIGHT ME Merry Berry Chocolate Latte, a 200ml chilled cup made with Suntory, goes on sale at convenience stores across Japan on November 3 and at supermarkets on November 10. It pairs chocolate with a berry aroma, and the suggested retail price is 230 yen before tax. The cup comes in four designs, and two set side by side join their ribbons into a heart.

To launch it, a free pop-up called STARBUCKS CHILLED CUP Holiday Cup Arrange runs at OPENBASE SHIBUYA, 14-13 Udagawacho, 1F, on Saturday, November 14, from 11:00 to 20:00. It hands out tastings of the latte dressed up with toppings, while they last, and has a photo spot.
From November 3 at 10:00 to November 30 at 23:59, add the Starbucks CPG official account on LINE to make a holiday greeting card and send it to a friend. Starbucks draws 1,000 recipients for a 500 yen eGift, a digital drink ticket for its cafes in Japan.
Starbucks says the range will be in its stores across Japan from November 2. These branch suggestions do not confirm stock of any holiday item. They are good places to sit with a drink, and the official store finder at store.starbucks.co.jp is the current record of opening hours.
Prices are tax included. The main range is from Starbucks Japan’s Seasonal Goods and coming-soon pages and its release images of October 25, 2026. The Roastery rows are from its press release of October 28, 2026. Online-only and store-only marks are Starbucks’ own. Rows are grouped by product, so a pouch in three colors is one row.

The glass bear is 『ホリデー2026ギフトボックス入りグラスタンブラーベアリスタ』. Pointing at it on your phone is faster than describing it, and the table above carries the Japanese for every item and the store-only cards.
The Holiday 2026 Bearista plush is sold through the online store only. To have it sent to your hotel, ask the hotel first whether it accepts parcels for guests, and check the delivery estimate against your checkout date.
The Snow Globe, Merry Christmas and Holiday Word Mark cards are issued over the counter, and their balance works at Starbucks in Japan. Load only what you expect to spend before you fly, or use the balance to pay for an online order.
The drink prices Starbucks lists are for drinking in. Japan taxes takeaway at a lower rate, so the register asks 「店内でお召し上がりですか」, "is it for here?", and your answer changes the price.
Sales are scheduled to start at 20:00 Japan time on October 30, 2026, two and a half days before the stores. If an item matters to you and you are already in Japan, that is the first chance at it, and the knit mini bag offer runs from the same moment.
The Roastery’s snow globe, boot mug and ornaments are sold only there and online. When it is busy, entry is by numbered ticket, so allow time for the visit.

Three of the five, the Mini Starbucks Card Snow Globe, Starbucks Card Merry Christmas and Starbucks Card Holiday Word Mark. The Holiday Siren and Tree designs carry no store-only mark.
The Starbucks Japan online store delivers only within Japan and asks for payment issued in Japan in the buyer’s name. A visitor can have an order sent to a hotel that accepts parcels for guests, pay with a Starbucks Card bought in a store, or use a forwarding service from abroad, which supplies an address but does not change the payment rules.
Three tea drinks lead from November 2, 2026. They are the Joyful Medley Strawberry Creamy Tea Latte (Tall 650 yen), the Royal Milk Tea (620 yen) and the Earl Grey Chocolate Frappuccino (690 yen). A Gingerbread Latte (600 yen) and a Joyful Medley Tea Latte (580 yen) are on the menu too. Those are Tall prices to drink in. To go, the three tea drinks cost 638, 609 and 678 yen.

An online store offer from October 30, 2026 at 20:00 to November 19 at 19:59. One order of at least 3,500 yen including tax, with at least one qualifying item, comes with an original knit mini bag while they last. Shipping does not count toward the 3,500 yen, and spending 3,500 yen without a qualifying item is not enough.

What you can walk in and buy is the latte, one 1,300 yen cup and a card. The other forty of the 41 items never reach a shop. On sale from September 30.

From a flagship Starbucks Reserve Roastery to celebrated bakeries and specialty coffee bars, these are Tokyo's most popular morning destinations.

Fourteen Tokyo shops have them through November 30, 2026, or until each one sells out. Three designs, handed over at random, and the ramen turns black when you stir it.
